He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Foor (Wible); his children, Joann Mills (Timothy), Joe C. Foor, Jr. (Billi Jo) and Dwayne R. Foor (Sherry); his grandchildren, David Smith, Jeanetta Bennett and Megan Foor; his great grandchildren, Nathan Miller, Harleem Bennett, Branson Bennett, Madison Smith, Isabella Maines, Hudson and Aubree Maines; his stepgrandchildren, Richard, Singer and Casey Wible; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Shyanne and Daniel "D. J."; his siblings, Eugene "Willis" Foor, James Foor (Marge) and Helen Myers (Don); and his brother-in-law William Corle.
