He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Mae (Foor) and Garfield E. Chamberlain Sr.; and his son Adam Gammon. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Clark, Gary Chamberlain, Margaret Mentzer, Juleane Chamberlain, Michael Robinson and Jason Lamb; and his sister Juanita Everhart.
