He is survived by: his wife Ellen Foster (Thompson); his children, Tammy Denise Foster, Thomas William "Bill" Foster, Ralph Joseph "Joe" Foster and Kevin Scott Foster; and his brother Lawrence Foster. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
