He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark W. Hoffman and Anna Ruth Hoffman (Swank); and his sister Marian Beitzel. He is survived by: his wife Monnia Lea Charlesworth; his sons, William "Scott" (Darlene) and Richard C. "Rich" (Beth); his granddaughters, Julia and Terran; his great grandchildren, Ellison and Adalyn; and his siblings, Jean Coley, George Hoffman and Clark Hoffman.
