He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh E. Dougherty and Lenore E. Dougherty (Dawson); his grandson Colin Patrick Dougherty; and his brother Dr. Robert E. Dougherty. He is survived by : his wife Lois Dougherty (Penzenik); his sons, Mark Dougherty of Silverdale and John Dougherty (Kristina) of Hatfield; and his granddaughters, Allison and Katelyn Dougherty.
