She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Namiotka and Stella Namiotka; and her husband James J. Kubiak. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah A. Graeff (Mitch) of Camp Hill and Sandra L. Weaver (Harold) of Enola. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
