She was predeceased by: her parents, Anibale Fazi and Leonilda Fazi (Pelati); her husband Adam Kenneth Berg; her siblings, Pauline Calamosca and Lewis Fazi; and her son-in-law Kenneth Shriver.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane P. Shriver and Suzanne E. Walker (Randy). She is also survived by three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church or the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Indialantic, FL.
