He is survived by: his spouse Ruth Ann Barnett; his daughter Tammy Blair (Travis Loucks); his grandchildren, Dominic Loucks of Warren, PA, Kendall Swanson of Warren, PA, Kamryn Loucks of Warren, PA and Avery Loucks of Warren, PA; and his brother Richard Blair of Kenmore, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
