She was predeceased by: her father Charles Fredrick; her husband Bradley L. Horton; her mother Ethel Foulkrod Hicks Cole; her siblings, Charles Hicks (Flora Jane Neal), Shelvajean Hicks Cole Harzinski and Kenneth Earl Hicks; and her sister-in-law Carole Bower Hicks.
She is survived by: her children, Stormy Bell (Brian) and Travis Horton (Cami); her grandchildren, Alexander Bell, Andrew Bell, Connor Horton, Jordan Zabrocki and Alexander Zabrocki; her brother Norman D. Hicks; her brother-in-law Raymond Harzinski; and her sister Jeanne Butters.
