He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth J. Frey and Marion H. Frey; his former wife Dorothy L. Lewis; his children, Carol A. Travis (Rodney) of Elmira, NY, Tammy L. Brown of Watkins Glen, NY, Ronald M. Frey and Martin L. Frey (Lisa) of Shunk, PA.; his wife Margaret Brown; his grandchildren, Cody Chilson (Odessa), Jeffrey Travis, Caleb Chilson, Michael Brown, Jonathan Brown, Molly Barnett (Hayden) and Nathaniel Brown; and his great grandchildren, Trae, Chase Chilson, Jayden, Hunter Brown and Carter Chilson. He was also cherished by four siblings; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
