It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darwin M. Higley of Shunk, Pennsylvania, born in Forksville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 24, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Higley and Maude Higley (Kunzman); his son Chris Higley; his brothers, Lawrence, Evan, Harold and Richard Higley; and his close friend Dale Bacorn.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his children, Gloria Baggott of Muncy, Glenn Higley (Glenna) of Mildred, David Higley of Sugar Run, Dora Brown (Warren) of Montoursville and Clayton Higley of Shunk. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 28 great Grandchildren.
