He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Merle and Olive Ann Armiger (Bruce); his stepmother Mae Armiger Royston; and his grandson Emerson Armiger. He is survived by: his wife Janice Louise Armiger (Pickering) of Shrewsbury; his children, Anne Marie McGlaughlin (George) and Richard E. Armiger (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Anya, Olivia, Liliana McGlaughlin, Sophie, Leland Armiger and Mary Jo Armiger; and also Debbie Harner Armiger.
