She was predeceased by: her husband Richard S. Rohrbaugh; her parents, William T. Sater and Renie V. Sater (Hare); her son Robert L. Spicer Jr.; her granddaughter Tammy Boggess; and her siblings, Loretta V. Sater, Mary M. Glick, Harold H. Sater and William T. Sater.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lynn Spicer Heck and Robert L. Spicer III. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
