She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. James, Sr.; her parents, Percival Harris and Ida Harris (Lockhart); and her children, Charles E. James, Jr. and Patricia Vullo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra (Richard Hendricks) of Stewartstown, Helen Shipley of Stewartstown and Winona (Lester A. Jackson, III) of Berkley Springs, WV; and her grandchildren, Lester A. Jackson, IV, Vicki Bromwell, Amy Judlick, Richard Hendricks, Jr., Bob Shipley, Charlie Shipley, Carrie McKinney, Patrick James, Justin James and Kyle James. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
