She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewis and Anna Lewis (Boone); her son Michael Ivan Orwig; her granddaughter Jamie Lee Orwig; and her sister Dorothy Vines.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Tomek (James); and her grandchildren, Chrissy Comer, Joshua Orwig, Shane Shearer and Michelle Howard. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
