She was predeceased by: her husband Lester W. Shaffer; and her parents, Alfred Webster and Ruth Webster. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Shaffer Stevens (Glenn) of New Oxford and John Shaffer (Barbara) of Shepherdstown; and her granddaughters, Leslie Sheetz (Jason), Laura Gyre (James) and Suzanne Shaffer (Nat Meysenburg). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the SpiriTrust Lutheran Benevolent Care Fund, or to Grace United Methodist Church of Shrewsbury.
