It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian Palmer (Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania), born in Stevenson, Maryland, who passed away on August 3, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Wicker and Margaret Wicker (Keller); her sister Nancy Luther; and her great great grandchild Casey Underwood. She is survived by: her husband William Calvin Palmer, Sr.; her children, Diane Carol Weber of Yearling, NV, Robin Lovelace of Millsboro, DE, William Calvin Palmer, Jr., Paul and Chelly Viswasam of Savage, MD; and her sister Catherine Slaven of Lutherville, MD.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
