She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony T. Melfa; her parents, John Kveder and Katherine Kveder (Adamiaskias); and her sister Evelyn Sutherland. She is survived by: her children, Ronald A. Melfa (JoAnne) of DuBois and Denise M. (Marc Childs) of Stewartstown; her grandchildren, Lauren (Brian Catanzarite), Shannon Childs (Brian Miller) and Alexander Childs (Courtney Krause); and her great grandchild Brantley Childs.
