She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald A. Troutman; her parents, Howard Mitchell and Edna Mae Mitchell (McGill); and her grandson Alex Brent Troutman. She is survived by: her children, Ronda L. Scotten (Kenneth), Brent Troutman (Courtney Lynn), Alicia A. Hensley (Steve) and Ryan D. Troutman (Melissa); her grandchildren, Kenton A., Kasey L., Sharla R. Scotten, Summer M., Grant L. Hensley, Brady D., Gavin M. and Ian Brent Troutman; her great grandchild Addison K. Scotten; and her brother Howard "Bud" Mitchell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
