She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis A. Sipe; her parent George Chester; her daughter Judy M. Sipe; and her siblings, Sarah Rodgers, James Waltemyer, George Waltemyer, Charles Waltemyer, John Waltemyer and Russell Waltemyer.

She is survived by: her parent Vernia I. Waltemyer (Keeny); her daughters, Darlene A. Keeney (Randy) of Seven Valleys and Brenda L. Pickel (Daniel) of Felton; and her sisters, Ellen I. Doll of York and Ruth M. Henry of Glen Rock. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren.
