With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anne Marie Bortner of Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 2, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Furmanchin and Kathryn Furmanchin (Katona); her husband Donald L. Bortner; her brother George Furmanchin; and her daughter-in-law Bev Bortner.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald L. Bortner, Jr. and Carl D. Bortner (Donna); her grandchildren, Chad Lippiatt, Ashley Pantano, Benjamin and Adam Bortner; her great grandchildren, Paige, Nicholas, Emma Kate and Theodore; her brother Joseph Furmanchin (Elaine); and her sister-in-law Rita Furmanchin.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc. (24 N 2nd St, New Freedom, PA 17349). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
