It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaRue Dietrich of Shoemakersville, Pennsylvania, born in Jonestown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 4, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Francis; her parents, Howard Acker and Eva Acker (Smith); her half-sister Dolores Kirby; her grandson Andrew Dietrich; and her great grandchildren, Donavin Yenser and Javan Forester.
She is survived by: her children, Debra (Gary Kohler), Brian and Denise (Dennis Barlet); her grandchildren, Kristina (Duane Miller), Shelby Forester, Amanda (Michael Boyer) and Dakota Barlet; and her great grandchildren, Trent, Addisyn, Hunter and Dawsin.
