He was predeceased by: his parents, James G. Kepner and Clara E. Kepner (Maurer); and his children, Thomas Kepner (Delores), Samuel Kepner and Suann Ludwig (Wilson Ludwig).
He is survived by: his children, Jen Kepner, Daniel Kepner, Jr. and Richard Kepner, Sr. (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Ricky of Amber, T. J., Tori, Autumn, Jarrett, Melanie, Tara and Trista. He is also survived by his ten great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory (40 S Fourth St, Hamburg, PA 19526).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to Helping Harvest at 117 Morgan Drive Reading, PA 19608 or to the Wagner Good VFW Post 216 at 1 S 4th St Hamburg, PA 19526.
