He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Meryl Bilger and Louise Bilger (Kauffman); his wife Cathy Joy Taylor; his daughter April; his son-in-law Jerrett Breon of Lewistown; his son Timothy; his daughter-in-law Kate of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Justin, Tyler, Rachel Breon, Toby and Willow Bilger; his brother Marlin; and his sister-in-law Sue Bilger of Ephrata.
