He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Penrose Taylor; and his brother Merrill Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Debra "Deb" Ann Taylor (Thomas); his children, Patrick "Pat" Charles Taylor (Jessica) of Newport News, VA, Cole Thomas Taylor (Shannon) of Mechanicsburg and Noelle Marie Smith (Micheal) of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Alison Taylor, Claudia Taylor, Rowan Taylor, Elise Taylor and Niko Smith; and his siblings, Linda Murphy (John) of Mifflintown, Keith Taylor (Karen) of Newport and Karen Taylor of Mount Joy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
