She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Bond Bell and Hillard; her daughters, Ella Mutch and Susan-Gale Mutch; and her siblings, Dennis Bell, Lois Quigley and Dorothy Alandar.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine F. Fettro (Wayne) of Mechanicsburg and Andrew R. Mutch (Sheri Uber) of Enola; her grandchildren, Tyler Mutch, Marshal Fettro, Amber Uber and Tylor Uber; and her great grandchildren, Davion Drayton-Uber, Izayah Jones, Tayzanna Maldonado, Kobe Bucher and Carter Uber.
As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Eleanor may be made to her church, St. John's Lutheran Church, 44 West Main Street, Shiremanstown, PA 17011.
