He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Clark and Lucy Clark; his brother Robert Clark; and his parents-in-law, Eugene and Lucille Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith; his children, Julie Thompson of Shippenville, Bill Clark (Sandy) of Shippenville, Michael Clark of Shippenville, Lisa Banner (Ted) of Pleasantville and Stephanie Curran (Zach) of Clarion; his grandchildren, Natalie Thompson of Shippenville, Bill Clark III (Brittany) of Knox, Nick Clark of Shippenville, Allison Clark of Shippenville, Joseph Banner of Pleasantville, Alexis Banner of Pleasantville, Katie Banner of Pleasantville, Lucas Curran of Knox, Isabella Curran of Knox and Benjamin Curran of Knox; his great grandchild Hank Clark; and his siblings, Chelsie Zuniga of Blandon, PA and Ken Clark of Dubois.
