He was predeceased by: his parent Walter F. Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his parent Virginia W. Clutter (Whitemore); his friend Pastor Rev; his children, Roger Clutter of Shippenville and Kathy Williams (Bill) of Clarion; his grandson Joshua Williams of Clarion; his siblings, Judy "Sis" Holt of Sligo, PA, Larry Clutter and Sally Clutter Carbaugh; and also, Brother, David Selleck and Walter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandnieces.
