It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Velma Ruth Oliver of Shippenville, Pennsylvania, born in Clarion, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 18, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Copenhaver and Pearl Copenhaver; and her siblings, Jess Copenhaver, Edward Copenhaver, Ethel Rupp, Jane Taylor and Helen Fetzer.
She is survived by: her aunt Jo (Jo); her close friend Bob Richards of Brookville; her children, Valerie Wonderling of Brookville, Michael Pence (Melanie) of Brookville, Laurie Hetrick of Indiana and Jesse Pence (Lisa) of Clarion; and her sister-in-law Madge Copenhaver of Shippenville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
