He was predeceased by: his parents, Vannce L Duncan, Sr. and Velma Rose Etzel Duncan. He is survived by: his significant other Mary A. Duncan; his sons, Vance L. Duncan III (Kathleen) of Erie and Tedd M. Duncan (Elaine) of Erie; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Lynn Duncan of Wisconsin and Samuel Vance Duncan (Madelyn) of Missouri.
