He is survived by: his wife Linda Banner (Miller) of Shippenville; and his siblings, Larry Banner (Sandy Hebig) of Fairlawn, OH, Jack Banner of Erie, Donna Hartzell (Ron) of Shippenville, Patti Scutella (Mario) of Erie, Rosie Amsler (Tim) of Shippenville and Dotti Whitmer (Frank) of Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
