Sandra Rhoads Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2021, at the age of 72, Sandra Rhoads of Shippenville, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Gierlach and Viola M. Gierlach; and her husband Eugene L. Rhoads. She is survived by: her stepsons, Bruce Rhoads (Rose) of Bloomsburg, Gary Rhoads (Diane) of Mayfield Village, Ohio, Brent Rhoads (Gelaine) of Hendersonville and Greg Rhoads (Teri) of Summerville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Due to the recent rise in Covid-19 cases, please observe the current Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines set by the CDC, DOH and Pennsylvania governor for wearing a face mask and social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in the name of Sandra K. Rhoads to First United Methodist Church, 600 Wood Street, Clarion, PA 16214 or to an animal rescue shelter or organization of choice.
