He is survived by: his mother Angeline Polite Mazzocchi; his wife Karen Wolbert; his children, Vincent Mazzocchi of Shippenville and Gina Mazzocchi (Curtis Girt); his granddaughter Stella Girt; his stepgrandson Hayes Girt of Limestone; his siblings, Tony Mazzocchi (Brenda) of Shippenville, Armand Mazzocchi (Carol) of Brockway, Rose Mazzocchi of Warren, Ray Mazzocchi (Lisa) of State College and Victor Mazzocchi (Terri) of Erie; and his uncle Tony Polite of Canton, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
