He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlington Rinker and Grace Rinker (Robinson); his wives, Ruth Rinker (Smith) and Ann Rinker (Koch); and his siblings, Dorothy Lewis, Floyd and Dale Rinker.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Rinker (Sharyn) of Victory Heights and DiAnne Wessell (Joseph) of Victory Heights; his grandchildren, Rob Rinker (Diane) of Clarion and Mande Edwards of Victory Heights; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Riley Rinker of Clarion, Cole Edwards of Rockland and Victory Heights; and his sister Lois Kellogg of Knox.
