He was predeceased by: his siblings, Herb (Elsie Kiser), Pat Kiser-Wood, Frank (Rita Kiser) and Phil Kiser; and his grandson Jordan Adam Kiser.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Grace Kiser; his children, Rebecca Kiser, Bradley (Connie Kiser) and Sandra Whiteside (Alan Skinner); and his grandchildren, John Kiser, Jake Eygebroat, Katie Ressler, Tucker Whiteside, Taylor Kiser, Travis Whiteside, Nelson Whiteside, Mikey Kiser, Amber Whiteside and Jesse Whiteside. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
