He is survived by: his wife Dr. Catherine Cunningham of Shippenville; his son Ryan Clark (Ashley) of Shippenville; his brother Gary Clark (Debbie) of Apollo; his nephews, Justin, Kristopher and Brian; his grandchildren, Amelia, Charlotte, Carter and Violet Clark; and his pets, Chloe and Callie.

Memorial donations may be made to the Clarion Hospital.
