He is survived by: his children, Paul Ryan O'Neil (Holly) of New York City, NY and Kelly Siegel (Travis); his granddaughters, Noelle, Scarlett and Isla Siegel of Clarion, PA.; his brothers, Michael O'Neil (Sandy) of Waretown, NJ and Thomas O'Neil (Lori) of Titusville, NJ; and his siblings-in-law, Stephen Smith of Quarryville, Lynda Thrush (Allan) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Deborah Hostetter (Jerry) of Rockville, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
