He was predeceased by : his wife Barbara Smith (O'Neil); and his son Sean Patrick O'Neil. He is survived by : his children, Paul Ryan O'Neil (Holly) of New York City, NY and Kelly Siegel (Travis); his granddaughters, Noelle, Scarlett and Isla Siegel of Clarion, PA.; his brothers, Michael O'Neil (Sandy) of Waretown, NJ and Thomas O'Neil (Lori) of Titusville, NJ; and his siblings-in-law, Stephen Smith of Quarryville, Lynda Thrush (Allan) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Deborah Hostetter (Jerry) of Rockville, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 26th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Haskell House (500 Main St, Clarion, PA 16214).

Those pieces were sold and the proceeds were donated to help clean up PA streams.
