She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Leroy and Margaret Olive Neese Lannigan; her husband William Leroy Blum Sr.; her brother William Lannigan; and her pet Scotty.
She is survived by: her sons, William "Jay" Blum Jr. and Arthur Blum (Shannon); her grandchildren, David Blum (Brenna) and Sasha Watkins (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Zaarek, Reilynn and Karev; and her siblings, Betty Strotman (Alex), Mary Dolby (Gerald), Thomas Lannigan, David Lannigan (Sue), Kevin Lannigan (Diane) and Kim Lannigan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
