She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Russell and Ressie Blanche Guntrum Henry; her husband Larry J. "Mouse" Lewis; her son Jesse J. Myers; and her siblings, Jack Henry, Gilbert "Bus" Henry, Robert Henry, Donald Henry, Dolores "Dee" Fowler and Dorothy "Dort" Foust.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Myers Hawk of West Freedom and Doug Myers (Ruth) of Shippenville; her daughter-in-law Deb Myers of Sligo; her grandchildren, Jason Hawk (Gina), Nicole Leadbetter, Dustin Hawk, Jonathan Myers (Christina), Alicia Myers (John) and Ryan Myers; her great grandchildren, Nadaleigh Hawk, Donovan Hawk, Paige Myers, Gavin Myers, Hunter Myers, Emma Leigh Myers, Alexandria Leadbetter and Logan Leadbetter; her great great grandchildren, Xavier Brletrick and Atlas Myers; her sister Shirley Hoover of Lancaster; and her sister-in-law Cathy Henry of Apollo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
