She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Rapp and Mary Ellen Martin Rapp; her husband Russell L. Banner; her son Scott Banner; and her sister Romain Rapp.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Rex (Tom) of Shippenville, Michael Banner (Debra) of Hagerstown, MD, Eric Banner (Jean) of Lakeland, FL, Jay Banner (Laura) of Shippenville and James Banner of Marble; and her brother Donald Rapp of Niles, OH. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
