She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wilson and Evelyn Wilson (Vandervort); and her husband John D. Wingard Sr.. She is survived by: her brother Jeffery Wilson (Debbie) of Missouri; her children, Brenda Bates (John) of Waynesville, MO, Thomas Bish (Missi) of Callensburg, PA and Patrick Bish (Shawna) of Danville, KY; her stepchildren, John D. Wingard Jr. (Anita) of Sebastopol, CA, Deborah Decker (Keith) of Knox, PA, Cynthia Cass of Burke, VA and Ruth Griebel (Brenard) of Shippenville, PA.; her grandchildren, Heath Bates, Brendan Bates, Amanda Bish, Kyle Bish, Tahara Bish, Ariel Wenner, Shayleene Hagan, Cheyenne Hetrick and Storm Scott; and her stepgrandchildren, Timothy "Chip" Wingard and Tammy Scotty.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Goble Funeral Home & Crematory (330 Wood St, Clarion, PA 16214). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Judy's memory to a charity of your choice.
