He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pezek; his children, Jodi Burns (Joe) of Shippenville and John Pezek Jr. (Alieda) of Peoria, Arizona; his sister Virginia Knotts of West Virginia; his sister-in-law Dale Watkins of Key West; his grandchildren, Blaise Pezek (Amanda), Karly Long (Brian), Ellie Proksell (Evan), Robert Pezek, Brianna Pezek, Liv Burns (Dana Logue), Jake Burns (Ali Troese) and Korrin Burns (Cutter Boggess); his great grandchildren, Vivienne Long, Calvin Long, Caleb Long and Elora Proksell; and his nephew Michael Pezek. He is also survived by son; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
