She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Irwin and Amanda Guth Irwin; her spouse Robert E. Rex, Sr.; her siblings, Phillip Irwin and LaDonna Kutchravy; and her stepsister Lola Drusko (Ron Fulton).
She is survived by: her sons, Robert E. Rex, Jr. of Knox, Tim E. Rex of Georgia and Kelly J. Rex (Peggy) of Cranberry; her grandchildren, Cory Khale, Chelsea, Adam, Gabrielle, Sasha, Kevin Rex and Jessica Carroll; her brother William Irwin (Barb) of Colorado; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Irwin of Titusville.
