She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirl Kapp and Rose Licht Kapp Swonger; her husband Dwight "Bud" Boocks; and her brother Sonny Kapp. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Boocks (Rita) of Shippenville, Carl Boocks and Matthew Boocks (Jodi) of Weirton; her grandchildren, Jody Rouse, Joe Rouse, Staci Boocks, Zachary Boocks, Chelsea Boocks and Morgan Boocks; her great grandchildren, Anela, Maia, Christopher and Ava; and her siblings, Terry Kapp of North Carolina, Denny Kapp (Jackie) of Franklin, Jack Kapp (Sue) of Pine City, Joy Rapp (Larry) of Pine City and Marcy Simpson (Will) of Shippenville.
