He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Raybuck and Violet Elder Raybuck; his brothers, Richard Raybuck, Grant Raybuck, Dallas Raybuck and Neil Raybuck; his siblings-in-law, Jack Baughman, Don Mongomery, Don Matthews, Robert McGuire, Randy McGuire and JoAnn Murphy; and his parents-in-law, Glenn and Dorothy McGuire.

He is survived by: his wife Betty McQuire; his children, Steve Raybuck of Clarion, Brenda McLaughlin (Dan) of Hookstown and Brian Raybuck (Patty) of Shippenville; his grandchildren, Jeremiah McLaughlin (Jess), Danielle Heinlein (Kyle), Ryan Raybuck, Stephanie Norton (Drew), Nathan Raybuck and Brady Raybuck (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Henley Heinlein, Mia Heinlein, Letti Heinlein and Kase Raybuck; his siblings, John Raybuck (Connie), Harold Raybuck of Knox, Marlys Baughman of Knox, Esther Montgomery of Knox and Frances Matthews of Knox; and his siblings-in-law, Donald McGuire of Mayport, David McGuire (Sheila), Gary McGuire (Mae) of York, Shirley Fike of Rimersburg and Mary Jean McGuire of Clarion.
