She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter C. Lowman and Eleanor M. Smith-Lowman; her brothers, Gary Lowman and Steve Lowman; her stepmothers, Helen Neil-Lowman and Rose Marchand-Lowman; and her parents-in-law, Mae and George Wingard.
She is survived by: her husband Les Wingard; her children, Julie Feazell (Josh) of Fayetteville and Shawn (Jennifer) of Shippenville; her grandsons, Nate and Bret Wingard of Shippenville; and her brother John Lowman (Deb) of Shippenville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and special friends.
