We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2020, at the age of 67, Dean Rapp of Shippenville, Pennsylvania, born in Strattanville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Albert H. Rapp; his brother Tom Rapp; his nephew Tom Smith; and his stepfather Reynold Carlson. He is survived by: his mother Viola Fern Sharpe Carlson of Shippenville; his siblings, Pastor Larry Rapp (Joy) of Shippenville, Denny Rapp (Diane) of Mesa, Arizona and Connie Rapp of Knox; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
