It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David G. Davis of Shippenville, Pennsylvania, born in Dover, Ohio, who passed away on July 17, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Davis and Josephine B. Davis; his parents-in-law, Robert and Valjean Laughlin; his brothers-in-law, Rich, Jack and Denny Laughlin; and his niece Danielle Hipple.

He is survived by: his wife Susan (Laughlin); his children, Marci Boggess (Randy) of Marble and Brett Davis of Shippenville; and his grandchildren, Chandler Painter-Boggess, Camden, Cutter, Chesney Boggess of Marble, Bryn, Drew and Kolsin Davis of Rimersburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
