Phillips (Bushley); her husband William Biletnikoff Jr.; her children, Douglas Biletnikoff, Nathaniel Biletnikoff (Janice), Emily Biletnikoff and Molly Breakiron (Tom); and her grandchildren, Rianna, Dakota, Abby and Chloe.
