He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin, Sr. and Grace L. Washinger (Holtry); his wife Patricia A. Washinger (Gutshall); his son Stanley E. Washinger; and his siblings, Richard Washinger and Margaret Tritt.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas R. Washinger of Shippensburg and Brenda L. Washinger (Tony McCurdy) of Camp Hill; his grandchildren, Korey C. Washinger (Jen R.) of Catawba, NC and Drista N. Morris of Shippensburg; his great grandchildren, Shealyn R. Morris, Alona L. Morris and Karizma R. Washinger; and his brothers, Robert Washinger of Camp Hill and Ray Washinger of Shippensburg.
